I'M TIFFANY STONE
Welcome
I'm Tiffany Stone...
I’m an Internationally Accredited Family Law Mediator, Family Constellations Facilitator, Relationship and Conflict Coach…
I left school bright-eyed-and bushy-tailed, and entered university to study finance, economics and law in view of becoming a Divorce Lawyer. I loved law school, but life followed me with a few twists and turns and after getting divorced myself, I decided to follow a softer approach to relationships and qualified as a Relationship Coach with the Creative Consciousness Coaching Academy.
I then spent the next decade refining my knowledge and skills in depth psychology, process work, family systems and relationship dynamics whilst qualifying as a Systemic Constellator, working with both inner parts (Jungian shadow work) and family systems.
After working with individuals, couples and relationships “in-tact” I came full circle back to my “original plan” of working at the threshold of divorce as a Family Law Mediator and Divorce Coach.
I am passionate about the way we handle our relationships, and in particular the key transitionary moments where we cross thresholds.
Divorce is one of those places, and a place which has a wide ripple-effect up and down our family system and internally within the core of our being.
For me, RELATIONSHIP is the organizing principle of the universe. The physicist Henry Stapp aptly points this out when he describes elementary particles as “not an independently existing unanalyzable entity. It is, in essence, a set of relationships that reach outward to other things”
In other words…. relationships are the building blocks of the world… And… our perception of the world is very much intertwined with our relationship to that thing…. and we base our relationship to that thing on our perception. The thing itself does not exist outside of the relationship of perception.
I’ve seen so many devastating consequences of mishandled relationships, of repeated family dysfunction and of trauma repeating through generations. Traumatized people traumatize… and empowered people empower.
Our best hope of unraveling much of the dysfunction that we see in the world today is to start at home.
- To do our personal therapeutic work,
- To focus our work on shifting our perceptions, and
- To manage our relationships consciously and with integrity
By breaking the cycle of trauma and abuse (emotional and financial) that often accompanies divorce, we reprogram the future generation.
This is why I have focused my life work at the pivotal threshold of divorce.
Divorce, particularly when there are children involved, is a defining moment in a person’s life which has many ripples through many aspects of your life and into your future. How you handle this moment now is crucial. And…. it is not always easy.
